There is no doubt God has blessed Tri Chord with the opportunity to work with these two beautiful talented Godly Ladies, and I do mean ladies. Their humility, and love for God is only complimented with their amazing gifts of singing, and desire to share their love of Jesus with the world.

Gary, and I are both stoked, and our fire is lit to guide them through their careers in the music industry. Tree Sound Interview Part 2

The growing urgency to know where the music industry is going has been plaguing the minds of the industry for a number of years..One of the biggest questions asked by all is, what about distribution? Distribution has been the holy grail of the industry for sometime. So, I asked Paul simply, what are your thoughts on distribution? His reply came in the form of a question. Distribute what? No one is printing CD's anymore, and the retail outlets are doing away with their Cd departments , and replacing them with more profitable space evaluation,  with the exception to have them to sale at concerts. Downloads have taken over, and streaming is quickly becoming the song of the day. Stay tuned for the next Article, Streaming What's the big deal?

Tree Sound Interview series

While producing a session recently at the world Famous Tree Sound Studios I had the distinct pleasure of interviewing Paul Diaz the owner . Paul has a wealth of knowledge on the inside track of the music industry that is second to none.. So I ask him how many Grammy nominations, and wins have happened in studio A, his response was I've lost count.Wow! We dove in and begin to talk about how the internet has changed the face of the the music industry forever. We both agreed while it's not like the good old days, it certainly is exciting, and there is certainly  a bright future in this technological world we live in for anyone  who wants to dive in.

As this series of interviews begins, you will  learn more about the  in's and out', up's and down's of where the industry is heading, and you can either go with it, be apart of the trend, even create the trend, or go back to your garage, and start jamming. The opportunities are unlimited, so lock and load, and shoot for the stars!

The Journey

We have a deep passion for singing praise, so our goal is to return to the heart of worship! We want to serve others...to reach them and to impact them through the gift with which the Father has blessed us. Our desire is to present the gospel, via musical expression, in an attempt to bring people to a deeper place of worship!

Tri Chord Music Group has given us the opportunity to make the desires of our hearts become a reality. In addition, with the generous giving, supporters have already made it possible for us to begin recording sooner than we expected! We are exceedingly grateful! 

While we are super excited, there is still a long way to go before we have the funds needed to finish the project: "Love Songs to God"! Please continue to share the blogs and spread the word! Studio Heads

I had the privilege to work on the Derrick Dove project at Tree Sound Studios yesterday. What a magical time! The Grammy award winning drummer Yon Ricco Scott set in and rocked the house!!!!! Many Grammies have been won in this house. Everyone from Whitney Houston to John Meyer, Elton John , and even Boss Hog has recorded here.

I also had the privilege to do an interview with Paul Diaz the owner for the Tri Chord Music Group. I will be doing a series of articles soon. Stay tuned! You will hear about what the music industry is really about these days.
